I'm onto Carter Young now. I think we're good with Noot. He'll be a Tiger and a really good Tiger. If not, we're still good on the mound. We need Carter Young, at worst as an infield option.

I’m all in on Guidry. Dugas is dropping weight to play 2B. We will have depth.

Agreed. I think we are fine on the infield with or without young. But id like him for depth if im being greedy

I want him here too. But the numbers are gonna be tough. Beloso may end up as just a grad assistant.

Seems like an amazing get. Any player who can pitch and play catcher is amazing. Does this allow us to play an extra defender since he’s playing both positions simultaneously? Also, does he bat twice? How does that work? Crazy!

I'd rather be safe than sorry. Guidry has had back issues and is still a kid, Dugas hasn't played infield in years, what do we do with Thompson if he still fields .900, etc.

I'd rather him be fat and hitting homers off the bench than skinnier and playing a mediocre 2B off the bench.

How is he able to transfer from a service academy? I remember an army or navy player projected to be drafted in football and there was debate over whether they would let him leave the service.

Coach Jay Johnson personally called the secretary of defense and made it happen

Skenes is too good to keep him doing just one thing.

I doubt he transfers to a place that takes one of those things away from him.

As he zeroes in on the draft and professional baseball, he’ll assuredly will have to start to lean on way. Hope he has fun one more year but high level 2 way guys in SEC are rare

They have to transfer before their junior year.

Dugas said he was working on getting looser (and leaner) to play IF. That doesn't mean he'll lose weight. You need more bend and twitch in the infield, and that doesn't mean it makes you weaker or worse in the OF. He'll be ready to do whatever.
