I agree on Brennan’s throwing motion. Looks odd & different. MJ is the starter. Also, look at Brennan’s body language after a bad play or one that doesn’t go perfect. Shaking his head & looking down. That’s just not leadership. Everyone assumes Finley will transfer but I wouldn’t be surprised if Brennan transferred. MJ has more leadership & game winning ability.

You guys read too much out of a practice game. I suspect Brennan will likely start and Johnson is a close second.

Wrong. He was the second best QB today and that was without any blitzes. I’m all for Brennan if he is the best but right now he is firmly in the #2 position and he has the 4th best arm out of the bunch.

If this is true then I question whether brennan is the best man for the job. Anyone that does not put his best foot forward each and every time he steps on the field is a potential problem

So, our coach who can’t keep his mouth shut on serious issues, has the ability to keep a “secret” between him and the supposed QB starter. Sorry, I don’t think O operates that way. He’s a man of true words, to a fault, and believes that young men should be treated like men, to a fault. He doesn’t play politics well, at all.

Incorrect. Max will start. Myles will back him up. Look - I wanted MB to get the spot too but he got hurt and got passed up. He earned his shot and had it, but we gotta win NOW.

You could say the exact same thing about Max, outside of the transfer 2-3 yrs ago statement. Add that fact that he led us to a win over top 10 ranked Florida and a string finish to the season, I would say it’s Max gives us the better chance.

Max was 4/10 against the 1s. Myles was excellent vs the 1s. Then for some reason Peetz put Kirklin in with the 2s to help Max, and Kirklin torched the 2s for 166 yards and 2 TDs. That wasnt Max, that was all Kirklin
The coaches saw Max in the first qtr. Thats why Peetz gifted him Kirklin against the 2s. There wont be any gifts in SEC play

I have to agree with you. Spring games are a lot about evaluations. It is hard to have a 4 way QB battle in the Fall. We had to narrow this down to 2.
