Do you think he looked at good suburban neighborhoods to live in? Best place to raise a family? Best local schools?

The only thing Burrow cares about is improving draft stock. LSU has receivers ready to play, as well as a good defense. We're his best shot.

Starting 10/25, their (Ohio U) next 5 games are during the week, and not on Saturdays. Dad could easily make games.

The best & perhaps only chip for Cincy is the promise for him to start Day 1"

This is complete bullshite. There is no fricking way a coach with a senior qb will definitively promise a recruit that he is the day 1 starter! It didnt happen and it will never happen. Any coach saying that would be committing job suicide and lose his team completely.
This situation is spiraling out of control and needs to end today. This immature kid (obviously) being led around by daddy's past friendships, is damaging good coaches and universities names bu this frickshow. Not yo mention the young men on those teams who have done nothing wrong and can only be harmed by constant speculation that their position on their team is not stable.
I'm willing to bet there was no commitment here because our coaches were mature enough to tell him there are no promises here, and he would have to compete and EARN the right to play here.
In my ONLY compliment of Burrow camp, they are smart enough to know there simply aren't enough days in fall camp for him to split reps and learn the complete offense and take over starting duties before Miami. And if Brenna, LF, or Mc would have a real solid performance, then he may not see the field this year...period

Time for LSU to move on, one way or another. As I said after he left Sundsy, O needs to give him a deadline for LSU to have an answer by or rescind the offer. It's not to be arrogant it's to protect ALL involved from this kind of bad press festering and damaging kids lives.

Check Ohio's schedule. Play a lot of games on days other than Saturday. He will be at many games if Joe suits up of Cinn.

It's about a 45 minute drive from Ohio U to Columbus and around $300 for airfare to BR. Easily done on a college DC's salary. Problem solved.

I hope the kid comes here, lights it up- and makes Mett look like a choirboy in the cockiness department.

We need a total 360 at the QB position. A kid with an attitude who can back it up would be fine with me.

You know a 360 at QB would put LSU right where they started??

I’m hoping for a 180. ????????

he's not moving his wife and kids to BR for the long term. He'll be here 2 years, and spend 90% of his time on campus. The quality of the city is irrelevant to his decision.

Having been to Cincy recently, it’s very similar to BR, except more hilly. There are some baddd areas, especially around UC’s campus. As bad or worse than what we have down here.

He'll go to LSU only if he is convinced he'll win the starting job.

The coach wouldn't need to guarantee him the starting job. Burrow wouldn't expect that or want it. He could probably just say based on film and stats he'll be given a full shot at it and basically it's his job to lose.

Bruh. Provide some insight on why you think that or just STFU, seriously.
