Even though it was objected to and likely sustained, it leads the judge to consider Sankey’s bias against LSU in this particular case.
It sounds like he made the case that these rules aren’t an issue for Chambliss and the Texas guy who went through minicamp, but it’s a big deal for our guys.

The SEC opened that door by allowing Hutson to be rostered after going through the draft process and “trying out” for the NFL before returning to Texas.
Oh yeah, he’s also playing while ruled ineligible by the NCAA.
The double standards are out of control.

Worst case scenario for the SEC, the case gets transferred to a Louisiana federal district court, which, like any federal court in a case invoking the First Amendment, would have the power to overrule the Louisiana state court injunction.
