Same. If I loved a book, I'll buy a cool display copy and another 2-3 to gift.
See: 48 Laws of power in paperback, leather bound, mini, and still have 2 to give away lol
I buy a metric ton of books, but I try to read them all and don't think it's that stupid.

Otherwise, definitely my Fri-Sun booze/to-go food binge. Pretty solid on expenditures outside of that.

Oh, and foreign travel, but again, don't think that's stupid.
Some speculate but it’s not known. Have heard other coaches not Sloan as well. O line was atrocious

It’s likely this. I felt like I was reading a bunch of excuses in the OP
I can’t fricking stand meteorologists. I could never keep my job if I was objectively wrong 80% of the time.

What do yall suggest? I’m sure it’s been discussed before, but I’m looking for a mid value but all encompassing piece, preferably stacked cable weights. Smith machine would be ideal. Maybe $3k-ish? Could splurge to $5k if someone could prove the value is there. TIA

Wtf did I just try to read?
Consider a correlate. Can an HOA member sue another for not cutting their grass?

It’s a voluntary association. Your remedy is to leave if the administration doesn’t enforce their own rules. And I’m a lawyer saying this, suing another member would be a pussy move.
Brother, Mississippi State has been shaking cowbells against the rules forever. Guess it depends on severity of infraction, but if the conference doesn’t raise the issue on their own, why would a university think they’d do better in court?

Again, care to elaborate on the bylaw and remedy sought for more appropriate context?
Bump so we can get this loser 1000 downvotes for the worst take from a faggie since hiring Mike Elko
If we could keep the fans there, well duh yes

The MOU is a massive win for them. Go re-read it. It's us totally capitulating.
Love Richard. Buddy of mine. Good people. Great memories as a student while he was playing. Boy, those were the days.
This goes hard:

The Crump team advised my office that they had no evidence of a crime against Nolan Wells. They never advised anything differently. The Crump team is asking the public to ask questions that the Crump team has the answers to. They are the only ones who have had access to Nolan’s phone and the full extraction. Mr. Crump, why are you asking the public to ask us, what was deleted? Which alleged snap deletion do you claim is related to Nolan’s death, Mr. Crump? What witness or piece of evidence on the phone or otherwise supports what you keep claiming, Mr. Crump? Tell us. The Crump team and Nolan’s family have had my personal cell phone and an open invitation to present anything they wanted to the Grand Jury from the beginning. Instead of choosing the grand jury they have chosen to grandstand.
Bitch, I was hoping to see some objective truth before throwing stones. Now everything points to the reality everyone knows and I knew from day 1. frick me for giving the benefit of the doubt to a possible defendant I guess. Go back to your plant job.
You’re the biggest piece of shite on this page and need to be banned
I’m a lawyer and would generally never say this about another lawyer, but this is true: he needs to be disbarred.

“Mr. Crump, as well as his conduct in this case, have demonstrated that he is not worthy of our trust. I did not expect that his characterization and representations in this case would be any different today, nor do I expect anything better from him in the future. The truth is the Crump team was offered a standing invitation to provide any evidence or witnesses that they wished to present to the Grand Jury, including any expert they retained. I did exactly what I promised the family I would do - give the grand jury a complete and thorough investigation and the family the opportunity to present anything and everything they wanted. I invited Dr. Mitchell to not just testify, but to take his time to review anything he needed, which he accepted. An open invitation such as this is extraordinary, but Nolan Wells deserved everyone doing everything in an effort to determine the truth about how he died. We did that.”
