Which is fine, most people aren't competing when they run. For those who actually do races to try to win, carnivore is silly

Kalei (@kalei_fit): A Harvard medical student and ultramarathon runner who shares her experience running high mileage (100+ miles/week) on a strict carnivore diet, focusing on steak, eggs, and butter for energy and recovery.
Other Athletes: Several runners in the endurance community have reported that a strict carnivore diet led to improved mental clarity, reduced inflammation, and better fat adaptation, resulting in higher weekly mileage without injuries, as noted in anecdotal reports.

Why not just fuel your running with carbs and maintain carnivore outside of that window?

I would like to do that, but anytime before that I tried it usually takes my body 2 weeks after that to go back into full ketosis. I am currently trying to get my time running better. I've kind of put my own self in this situation. I lost all the weight on carnivore and it really works on keeping the weight off easily for me. But also at 56 once the weight left, I decided to get back into running again. I love to run competitively. But it seems to be much harder on carnivore to get my time down. I was hoping someone had some sort of answer or way to do it while on carnivore. I know probably not, but I was hoping. Thanks for all y'all's answers.

Yes I do understand that. I have lost 75 lb on the carnivore diet. Have been on it now for 7 months. I was talking like when some people before a race will carb load. So I was wondering what people on the carnivore diet do before a race instead of carb load. And have also read that carnivore is sometimes good for longer runs but not on fast runs like 5Ks and such. I was wondering what runners out there opinion were. Thank you

What do you fuel long runs with? How does it effect you getting better at your pace?
I think the colors black purple and gold will go well for us

Not to mention he spends half of his show telling you what he's fixing to tell you
Inflation, grocery prices , and Epstein list will kill the midterms
Groceries are through the roof! I like Trump, but the inflation sucks arse.
I would use the gear here in Shreveport
I have not read or heard one person saying they will vote for psycho bill.

Yeah, there’s also a reason they don’t announce to put one foot in front of the other while walking. It’s common sense.

You want off the plane first. Pay up. The airlines always announce when a connection is in risk of not making. Otherwise sit the frick down and stop contributing to the decay of society.

Theres a good test for being an a-hole.. some comedian said this. “If everyone behaved like I am right now, would society function”? If the answer is no, you’re the a-hole.

Found the fat arse that's never ready to get off the plane and holds everyone up
Anytime they're saying that they're running out of money for social security is bullshite. Look how much money they come up out of the blue with for the Ukraine and for Iran. Not saying that any of that is bad, I'm just saying whenever they need money they always seem to have a shitload. They just use the, oh no we're running out of money for social security, stuff just like Louisiana says, oh no we're going to have to shut down LSU football. It's all bullshite
So according to what you just said, they DID get up and get in line before you did.
Surely you see the Neanderthal is the person that will stick out their beefy arm and" stoped them from going past me" but you may not. It appears you don't have two brain cells to rub together
You weren't standing in line you moron. You were sitting down they were standing in line. Get a life

They also don't announce that you have to stand in line at the grocery store checkout

This only proves you don't think before you type. A grocery store line is first come first serve kind of what that person on the plane was doing. What you did is as if you stopped the first person going in line to the checkout
