There is an exception for necessary expenses so room and board, meals, and injury insurance are not considered compensation is what I read I believe from Cole Hutson's suit

Ya know at this point f u c k the SEC and Skankey. I want LSU to ride this horse until the very end because it's the principle of the thing and LSU is right in this matter.
I know players and recruits are taking note of how LSU is fighting for these players.

There is no prosecution. There are plaintiffs (players) and defendants (NCAA/SEC/Stankey).
The next step after this is for the players' attorney to add all 15 ADs as co-defendants. This whole thing is stupid and makes me think the SEC attorneys are just a bunch of connected morons.

Which is bullshite.. what if they intend to play for an SEC team. SECs rules still apply to them even tho they played in another conference up until now.

I'm trying to sneak and type because of the amount of deputies in the courtroom. Many have left out so it's easier now. He did not ask about definition of an NFL player or definition of a pro in general. He only used overseas players as examples. I think Tony could have done much better. He was more focused on theatrics.
