If I recall correctly... Reese wasn't eligible for an award because her GPA was too low last year.

Angel probably should just go on to the WNBA, but I’m guessing she’s making more at LSU than she would there, lol. But seriously I’m sure this is some needless drama and a result of not handling success very well.

Some of you wouldn’t know a championship basketball coach if she slapped you across the face. This is very professional and has my utmost respect as she could easily escalate the issue by taking it to you and me and the public at large. This coach is handling the job she has before her. This is why she gets paid large dollars. Thank you Ms Mulkey for protecting your team and doing your job!

Yep, and it isn’t anyone else’s business, as much as we think we “deserve to know” everything that goes on in sports and people’s lives. This is being respectful to Angel and doing what’s right for her and the team. That’s just another reason why people want to play for her.

Well maybe you’re right about fans not deserving to know. And it it’s Mulkey’s right to keep quiet about it. But by doing that there will also be some wild speculation about what happened.
