So you are saying that you have NEVER driven drunk? Don't know if you will tell the truth, but I'd say 95% of this board has....

I’m not really sure what point you’re trying to make with this statement.

The direct result cant be proven because lacy’s vehicle was not involved in any crash.

Just returning to this thread, but it appears little has been established except that Lacy’s “relatives” are as big POS as he is….
Accusing a dead Marine passenger of being a 10:00 am drunk driver?
Wow…

At the same time, a northbound vehicle came to a stop to avoid a collision with the passing vehicle. A 2017 Kia Cadenza, also traveling north, swerved left to avoid the stopped vehicle but crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a southbound 2017 Kia Sorento.

Sounds like driver of the Kia Cadenza swerved into oncoming traffic lane, something taught to avoid in drivers safety classes.

You want to know what's even crazier? That quote was directed at me & I'm black. I also know Kyren's dad Kenny Lacy.

Lacy was driving on the wrong side of the road, ostensibly to pass vehicle(s) in his own lane. The vehicles in the lane Lacy was in swerved to avoid hitting Lacy head on. The first vehicle, Car 1, went to the shoulder. The vehicle behind that one, Car 2, swerved the other way, into the lane that Lacy should have been driving in, and hit a vehicle in that lane (presumably the vehicle that Lacy was passing or one in front of it).

The above only makes sense if the accident happened in front of Lacy, as Car 2 swerved to avoid hitting Lacy head on. That car wouldn't be swerving to avoid Lacy if his car was already past that point in the road.

Your description matches the first half of the OP. I think the confusion is with this part of it though...

quote:

Following the crash, Lacy drove around the crash scene and fled south on LA Hwy 20 without stopping to render aid, call emergency services, or report his involvement in the crash

What you are describing is Lacy causing the accident and continuing down the road.

The 2nd quote about makes it sound different. "Following the crash" and "Drove around the crash" makes it sound like this was well after the crash. That's why I asked if he turned around.

Hope you never have to make that decision at 10 am on some random day because an lsu football player is driving erratically on the same road as you

Lucky for Lacey... He has a relationship with the best car accident attorney in Louisiana. He will get Gordon for sure. Lol

He was 78, and he wasn’t driving the vehicle. He was a passenger.

Please stop posting in this thread. You’re embarrassing your family.

Lacy’s going to change his attitude when he hears the cell door slam behind him.

There’s no excuse for him driving the way he did.

His wife must have been driving.

He was travelling behind Lacy and swerved and hit the vehicle that swerved to avoid rear ending the vehicle who stopped.

For the second time. I can explain it to you but I can’t understand it for you.
Reading comprehension is evidently not your strong suit.

The dead Marine, Mr Hall was a passenger not a driver.

The drivers of the Cadenza and Sorento, along with Hall, the front passenger in the Sorento, were properly restrained
