That LSU-S record of 59-0 last year was one of the most amazing things i have seen. At any level, that is an incredible feat.
I got a letter from the White House Tuesday that granted me a pardon . It was addressed to “Occupant”.
Sharp seems a stretch.
He cannot block, doesn’t have notable speed and average hands, at best.
With a limited roster, why would he be a take?
For all I know, the Belton hire may be fully justified. But it has all the appearances of a political hire per Landry.

I assume his Uncle cares about him and is trying to getting the best deal for him he can. And, he seems to think he has experience and maturity Seaton needs to get that. If Seaton didn’t trust him, he would no longer be in the picture. Too bad we cannot see both packages to compare…
Honestly, I thought BK did fine his first two years, considering the rebuilding of the roster which was necessary. Then the third year was not reassuring and featured poor coaching.
He then signed a good HS and portal class and i thought we were set for a playoff run. BK, Sloan and Davis taught me otherwise.
I do not live in BR and did not realize BK had set the program on cruise control. There is no excuse for Woodward NOT knowing this...

OM players have now begun to process what it means with Pete G as their HC.
I look forward to learning what really occurred over the last tow years between BK and SW.
Clearly both share blame, but just what is fact and what is fiction between BK's golfing and social life and SW's meddling with coaching staff, i shard to discern. Some of the claims being made during the week of the firing etc, did not seem credible, but i have little insight. Would love to know ...

I know his rating, but would have liked to see Kyle Parker back.
Underrated.
Losing Speedy Noil only hurt for a short while.

LH and his advisors have always had unrealistic expectations, including his desire to start at LT over W. Campbell. He also insisted on huge money that he was not worth (at the time ) and he left. He was overweight and slow his first year at Tenner, but got his act together last year and was all-SEC.
He is now a very good LT, but my guess is that the unrealistic expectations have not changed.

They have plenty of money for a defense.
TTU will not run out of portal money, even if they are overpaying kids, like Sorsby.
These Asst coaches need lawyers.
OM has handled this like a woman scorned from the get go ( their AD setting the tone) and the old OM coaches are now damned if the do continue and damned if they don’t. They will be accused of letting down the team if the leave while the Rebs/ Bears are still in playoffs, but accused of tampering with OM. Players with or without any good cause, b/c of proximity to them during this time, if they follow the coach to LSU.
These coaches are in a no win situation.
And once they leave OM ‘s AD will turn on them.

1. What is the "proper" interpretation of the statement?
2. How do you know?

I assumed that they thought LSU was too risky with a highly questionable OL and Joe Sloan as OC..Looks like they made the right decision.
This is no a charade.
It’s now a business. And Green would be foolish to leave money on the table.
He likely wants to stay at LSU, but wants to get paid something near what the market will pay him
If you are advising the kid, you advise him to do exactly this to get the money right.
Under the circumstances, I see nothing sinister or disloyal about it.
