So basically the driver of the sorrento murdered the marine? Gotcha, but some how kyren murdered the marine even-thought he was 20-30 feet away.
Let me ask you this, was a gun recovered from the scene, a bow and arrow, maybe a knife, or does kyren’s car have considerable damage considering he rammed it into the helpless marine’s car which ultimately caused his death. No, no and no.
All i see here is WA blaming the murder that was clearly the fault of another WI on a young black male. And thats facts! The kia driver killed the marine not kyren!

Can you read the article or do you want to be ignorant on purpose?
quote:
A passenger in the Kia Sorrento, Herman Hall of Thibodaux, was critically injured in the 10 a.m. crash and transported to a hospital where he later died, investigators said. Hall, age 78, was a former Marine.

Wrong. He was travelling behind Lacy and swerved and hit the vehicle that swerved to avoid rear ending the vehicle who stopped.
Wrong. He was a passenger. Read the report from LSP

I would sue Dodge in civil court for advertising to that demo.

Just to be clear you are saying Lacy’s driving had nothing to do with this?

Tiger_Stomp I beg that you stop embarrassing your family. Kyren already did it plenty.

So passengers dont drink at 10:00 am asking for a friend?

I corrected myself as you were correcting me.

You are either a terrible troll or too ignorant to argue with

I see your strategy, when you cannot win the debate with facts, then play the race card. That doesn’t change the facts.

Just to be clear that is a short synopsis of the accident.

quote:What does a 78 year old passenger having a drink before 10am have anything to do with the function of the vehicle? You really aren’t making any sense and are contradicting yourself from earlier blaming him for being behind the wheel. You aren’t mentally well or proficient enough to understand this.
So passengers dont drink at 10:00 am asking for a friend?

Nowhere does it say that lacy was speeding or driving erratically
...except the Police Report, you mean.
quote:
Louisiana State Police allege Lacy was driving a 2023 Dodge Charger south on LA Highway 20 and “recklessly passed multiple vehicles at a high rate of speed by crossing the centerline and entering the northbound lane while in a designated No-Passing Zone.”
quote:
How do i know?
You don't.
And, the fact that he didn't stay on scene makes the argument that it was a simple left hand turn very tough to make.

Why? Lots of people drink at 10 AM

Drove around the crash" makes it sound like this was well after the crash. That's why I asked if he turned around.
I suppose there are two ways to read it. He either drove around it meaning that he passed it by literally moving around it, or you could interpret it as “driving around” the scene as in circling it or similar.
Fair point.

The facts are clear, drunk driver swerved into other lane causing head on collision and death of other driver. It does not matter if driver that swerved was trying to avoid collision with other object. Facts are facts he swerved and caused murder. Simple as that.

Would this marine be dead if not for the driving actions of lacy?

What difference does it make if he was the fricking passenger? Other than to place blame anywhere other than where it allegedly belongs
Posted on 1/10/25 at 8:12 pm to Tiger_Stomp
The “other object” was Kyren barreling at them in the wrong lane. Please stop posting.
Posted on 1/10/25 at 8:12 pm to tigermed2
Probably, I’m pretty sure he would be. We all will die one day. Would he be dead on that day because of kyren’s action? Thats the more appropriate question. Who knows, your speaking hypothetically and hypothetical situations dont hold more weight than facts.
