But what about BLM? Will BLM be there to protest? If not I would contact them because it will gain views and that is what all the liberals want
My guess would be no. In addition to the frat boys in the allegations, we are talking about black male athletes accused of domestic violence and rape. As such, I just don’t see BLM doing anything meaningful in terms of support or numbers.

USAToday has more details on the protest, surely a coincidence, move along!

One of the USAToday authors is on top of the planned protests. Not suspicious at all and I'm sure his co-author author who hosts a "feminist sports podcast" (Jessica Luther) isn't involved in any wayquote:
- LSU promises outside review of Title IX process, including how cases in @USATODAY report were handled
- Student leaders call for resignations of LSU officials
- A protest is scheduled for Friday

People are expecting way too much from the school. Go to the police if you are victim. LSU is no LE. They do not have the faculties to deal with it.

LSU has so many black eyes right now with their SJW/BLM positions I'm not another black eye can even matter.

U mean it isn’t “ONLY” an NCAA Issue, right? I would think that the cases involving Student Athletes would still be under the NCAAs umbrella.

If on campus, should have gone to LSUPD.
If off campus should have gone to BRPD.
Get the official rape kit, exact story on record.
It's not right, could LSU could have done more, sure, are the suspects Saints, no..
but why leave it up to the tennis coach..go to the real Police.
You should be embarrassed to be this stupid.
Whether the victim going to the police is a better idea that going to someone they trusted (their tennis coach) is immaterial.
Once the student went to the tennis coach, the tennis coach has mandatory reporting duty and the University is responsible for investigating the case. This is not debatable.
Also, it should not be debatable that when the head football coach learns that one of his players has been accused of this, he has to take action. What apparently went on with Guice and Davis (and the others) is outrageous. Orgeron not taking action signals to every player on the team that the rules of society do not apply to them and that they can take whatever they want, including from unwilling women.
Lots of heads should roll over this, and they should. Anyone that thinks it is acceptable to allow players to get away with this type of behavior is a part of the problem.

Gonna need you to clarify just wtf this is supposed to mean. The only player mentioned who might still be "on the team" is Parker who is suspended indefinitely

You are assuming a lot right there. Programs are built to keep head coaches out of these issues until they require suspension or dismissal for a reason. It’s to prevent exactly the kind of situation we are talking about. I would be shocked if any evidence is found on O. If anyone takes the fall in the football program, it will be an assistant like Joseph or a administrator.
I’m not defending the process. I’m just saying that you would never be able to prove what you are saying. O will just point to the fact that he supposedly followed the Title IX rules that applied directly to him and that he suspended and dismissed players when they were formally accused.

Is the March on Thursday?

They’d cover for Johnny frat boy if his parents were someone who supported the school in a big way. It’s all about the money.

Title IX cases fell within the Division of Student Affairs, which handled cases for all students -- not just athletes.
So if those folks were not doing a great job investigating cases involving athletes, it's not really shocking their work was suspect when it came to other students.
We really should come up with an organization that could investigate claims of not just sexual assault, but all crimes for students, non-students, hell, for everyone. It would be a sort of “law enforcement” organization that we would all pay for with our tax dollars and they would be trained and do that full-time. Why has no one thought of this before?
Posted on 11/18/20 at 8:56 am to geauxgrrl
Will the football players march to have other football players expelled or charged with assault? Time to see if these SJWs are hypocrites.
