How so? I bought a lakehouse with cash. Doesn't bother me one bit to know that I might have better returns by putting less money into it and keeping the difference invested. In my younger years, this would have been a more difficult decision. Now that I am much more comfortable financially, I don't worry about maximizing profit. I have enough.

Pools are 50/50 with buyers. Some want one, but many don't. Definitely not a requirement for a nice home. We either put sinks in our islands or leave them plain. We keep our cooktops and stoves on a wall for venting. Cooktop on an island is not common in my experience.
I am not in the BR market to offer advice to the OP other than what I just shared.

Most plays don’t start in a 3 man front and I am sure they called plays they thought would work. Nuss needs to understand the coverage. He is hurt and not making good decisions.

Agree, but our adjustments need to be more than the qb occasionally running. We have got to figure out how to have more production out of the running backs. Where is the Les Miles toss-sweep when we need it? ??
