I don’t think CJJ will give up on Frey that easily. He’s still the main DH. It’ll take more than a few bad games from Frey to return to a platoon at DH again. This team needs some consistency at the plate & you don’t get that by pulling a guy that was on a heater & has cooled off a little.

Seems pretty informative & makes sense to me. Defense can absolutely effect a pitcher’s performance so im not sure why anyone with at least a little intelligence would have a issue with it.
