I simply can't stomach watching a team that was absolutely loaded look so inept.

Based on what we know now I would not blame Jefferson for that offense. Miles loved that Flintstone era offense we ran...

2010 Alabama game is fun af to watch

4th down toss dive reverse to the TE with Jefferson out blocking. C’mon. There may never be more fun and wtf packed into a single play.

You’re welcome.

Lee sucked, JJ had better potential as a QB

Sorry if I dont take the word of some random poster on the interwebz, so lets see what outsiders said?

Lee was the ESPN Sr QB of the year

Lee was invited to, and threw TDs in two All-Star games

Lee camped as a QB with San Diego Chargers

JJ was cut within 4 days by Jacksonville

Scary Lee still sucked, and most of it was in part to who was coaching them

This is truth. Whenever fans state the obvious about Jordan, they are vilified. Nobody is hating on him, but he was totally miscast as a QB of that team.

With out looking it up, Jefferson has to be near or at the top of career wins as a starting LSU QB right?

What would have been a better position for him?

Sorry our off season, bored, and meaningless conversation doesn't meet your approval.

Good luck with your bleeding vajajay

This is authentic rant shite talking. That's what I'm on about!

I was talking about these threads specifically. Jj/lee, welter/beckwith. pure division over QBs that are damn near middle aged now.

That's the rant. It's almost football season, take your sides, dig in, and stay up too late fighting on the internet!

I can’t watch any Les Miles coached game. Just seeing that moron on the sideline makes me fill with disgust

the general philosophy on offense was to avoid the middle of the field in the passing game at all costs and handcuff every QB with the most risk averse offense possible.

Know why this is true? With the exception of Mettenberger's last year at LSU, we didn't have a QB that could consistently go through progressions and throw the ball accurately down the field. So our QBs actually handcuffed our offensive philosophy, not the other way around.

From some of the videos we saw, kicker might have been his strength

He did it his first year too. When he was allowed to.

From 2009 through 2015, there were 2 quarters of football against Arkansas that I watched without grinding my teeth. LSU had enough talent to beat the living hell out of them every time, and fiddle farted around every damn year.

Doesn't prove he was the reason for that success.

Like the SEC championship against Georgia or the Arkansas game.

That game was ducking miserable until Matthieu returned a punt right before halftime, about every bit as bad as the title game
