Team B obviously outplayed Team A. They made all the plays they needed to win, and Team A certainly didn't.

LSU was not a good offensive team in 2011, but their defense was superb and special teams were lights out. As a result they outplayed all their opponents that year except Alabama, who were built in much the same way as LSU, but with an even stronger defense.

I can't rewatch any game. Rewatching games are a waste of time.

Hey! Why don't you get your fuking mojo rising, Breauxcefus?!?! Before you know it, it's going to be time to party in the Rose Bowl!

One thing about Jordan, he ran the ball hard. You can appreciate him for that. Even with all the sacks he took, he's still the LSU QB All-Time Leading Rusher. I know some of those games were frustrating, but he wasn't developed well. He did play well at times, especially as a sophomore considering how the O-Line played.

JJ always thought of himself as a tree. "I'm so big and strong that they will never be able to take me down." That is why after getting sacked he would stand up and have a befuddled look on his face, like "what happened, I was on the ground and then I got up, what happened?" He kept his "I'm so big" attitude from high school and used it against equal-sized opponents and never could understand they were just as good as him.

Know why this is true? With the exception of Mettenberger's last year at LSU, we didn't have a QB that could consistently go through progressions and throw the ball accurately down the field. So our QBs actually handcuffed our offensive philosophy, not the other way around.

What is more probable? That MULTIPLE different players over the course of SEVERAL years simply could not perform, thus holding back Les's explosive offensive approach (which ultimately lead to him being fired). Or that the ONE constant (Miles) during that time period might have been the issue?

While Jordan was never going to be a star, he was the victim of a terrible offensive setup. For as bad as he looked running the standard offense, he tended to do very well in the hurry up offense, where he didn't have to think so much.
Since this was the case, why wasn't he running the hurry up all the time he was in, certainly couldn't have done worse.

We as fans suffered so many years with horrid QB play while surrounded with a NC caliber type team. Thanks Miles

First, he graduated nearly 10 years ago...let it go. There have been worse LSU QBs.

Second, it's hard for me to blame ANY LSU QB from 2009 - 2016 (perhaps a few years longer) for poor play as the general philosophy on offense was to avoid the middle of the field in the passing game at all costs and handcuff every QB with the most risk averse offense possible.

Spot on.

I certainly don't believe he was as bad as people make him out to be. Mile's chewed up and spit out every QB after Lee's freshman pick 6 year. it's was more coaching than players.

Have you not heard that old saw "bend but not break"? And to say "utter nonsense" indicates you've never played a down of football, at any level.

It’s funny to me how much shite people will give JJ, and think Lee was just so much better than JJ. Truth be told, Lee sucked, JJ had better potential as a QB, and we had a true dumbass coaching the team.

The problem with JJ is that as bad as he was, he thought he was the second coming of Michael Vick.

This is really a good perspective. If Jordan Jefferson was in the Urban Meyer system, while he would not look as good as Tim Tebow, he would certainly fair much better.
