One thing is for sure. This game is not played on a paper. It’s going to be a battle but I think LSU gets the W. Alabama seems to struggle in the first half and i think if they let us hang around in the 4th quarter we can win by a FG. LSU 27-24

#5 vs #14 and #14 is favored by +7… tells you the polls aren’t necessarily objective

Out of a 100% I have a 95% feeling we will win this one. I haven’t felt this confident about a Bammer game since 2019.

I feel confident that LSU will win because we have a better head coach than we’ve had in a long time. We can score and play defense. The key is not to let Russell run like Milroe did against us.

This is the least worried I've been since 2019. It's by far not a gimmie but we have a great team and it's at death valley. And saben is not coming out of the tunnel for bama. There is a lot of payback coming, not only for LSU but also for lane.

I think LSU should win. Based on having seen both teams all year, I am 100% sure LSU is the better overall team. But you have to play the game and they are good also. If we play our game I am confident we win. If anything goes sideways? then who knows.

LSU opened -3.5 grew to -6 with 85% of wagers placed on Alabama. That provides confidence

The last 4 games we are 1&3 and the 1 was by one point so I’d say 25-40% win probability!

I think in the end when teams are this closely matched, it comes down to generals. Minutae...details.
I think that at some point in the game Saturday Lane Kiffin will look across the field at his adversary and kinda smirk, knowing that he just got into that adversaries head and won. Checkmate.

(fingers crossed)

I'm not buying all this mojo psych history, past record with Bama. This Bama team, coach, players have NOTHING to do with those prior teams/games. These are completely different players, totally new roster/team. I guaranty you that DoBoer is not counting on, factoring or counseling/preparing (telling) his team that in the game vs LSU they have some "built in historical edge" or tendency to win.

There is no Spirit/Ghost that exerts some control or haunts LSU when playing Bama! That is utter B.S. & has nothing to do with reality. However, what is real is that Bama has been a great program for decades with very good teams! And with Bama's very real stelar "legacy", along with competing against Saban the Great......that could and probably did cause LSU players/teams in the past to be "nervous, tight + timid" and therefore could have very likely "shook their confidence" while competing against Alabama. Those are legitimate "effects" that all players/teams confront when playing highly regarded, ranked opponents.

Bama, in the past, has played & beaten LSU frequently. But there is "no mystical power" that will show up this Saturday to sway this game! Shut up with that! It's an entirely new event, with entirely new players, a new roster, different coaches. Bama HAD consistently great teams and recruited (paid) highly talented talented players, along with a great coach that caused them to win more games before. But this is not the Bama of old! Even if all the above past factors were present today....."luck" or past mojo would play no role or exert any force in this weekend's game or any other future matchup!

LSU should win this game handily, and likely will. They may also lose. But if they do, it won't be due to some "mojo ghost spirit" from the past that shows up to effect the game.
