I agree with you. Unless some of our experts think they're qualified to advise Lane Kiffin on this issue, there's obviously a reason why Clark is ahead of Longstreet on the depth chart.
We all need to leave Kiffin to his work and trust in the guy's ability.

Yes.
Before Leavitt and before Longstreet we were all relieved to get Clark after striking out on QBs.
He's more than a serviceable quarterback but that's all we actually need with the weapons around him especially with this defense.

By it's very nature college football is a hostile game, regardless of where it's played. Especially so for a quarterback. And the game is played on the field -- not in the stands.

FCs is division I-FCS. Elon played Duke last year with Clark at qb

Sam will play, but even if he doesn't this offense is made to make the QB position easier. I have confidence in Clark because even though it was garbage time, he looked sharp and made reads when he came in. Longstreet is a wild card but if Kiffin is keeping him as QB2 over Clark on the depth chart there is a reason. He knows Sam plays in a risky way, he isn't gambling the season away by not having a backup that could take us where we need to go.

I don't feel either way since we pay folks a $hitload of money to manage the situation. My focus is on week 3 of college football and 1) what we're cooking, 2/ what's on tap and 3) what time I am switching to bourbon.

Yeah, this is what bothers me. I wish he could have played more last week. The good thing is I don't think he will try to thread the needle like Leavitt. The bad thing is that we lose Sam's running ability. Landon can run, but not like Sam.

But for the first time since Ensminger and Brady, I feel very comfortable with our staff finding a way to attack the Ole Miss defense, both on the ground and through the air, regardless of who is playing QB.

Sam is listed as Doubtful not Out. Until they change his status to Out, I'm assuming that he will be playing.

He looked good against ClemPson and La Tech. I’m excited to see what Landon can do.
I do think Leavitt starts, but I’m not concerned either way. All three QBs bring mobility and a strong arm.

With LK and Charlie Weis jr running the offense? Yes. Yes I do feel comfortable with Clark starting. Would rather start Sam but if he isn’t good to go we’ll be fine.
