Sad to see him reduced to this. His catch in the 2007 Auburn game was epic.

I hope he gets it together. That touchdown catch against Auburn was one of the most iconic plays in LSU history.

When he got into that car accident he had a pretty severe burst blood vessel in his brain. If it caused frontal lobe damage that can cause long term affects like emotional regulation and lower frustration threshold.

Just before the draft, Demetrius blew out a tire on his Nissan and hit a pole. He was in a coma for a week. He was never the same after. Sad story.

I had forgotten about this accident.
Just googled it and it was stated that his car almost split in half and how lucky he was to survive.
