The team he took over was absolutely depleted. He basically started from scratch.

If we were depleted how did we win the West his first year.
Why aren't we better his second year?
Woody and many fans declared him the savior of the program.
How is it looking for next season?

Well he not even going to get to 10 wins this season so there is that and if he hadn’t lucked out with Jayden Daniels we would probably would have been 5-7 win team last year and the same this year. 50% of our offense is Jayden Daniels scrambling and making plays happen

Time to move the goal posts.

Only doom and gloom and sky screaming apparently.

What’s lucky about an offensive coach having a vision and hand-picking his guy at QB? Explain

Well he can’t be honest. He has to make excuses for BK successes while placing 100% of the failures in him.

Otherwise he’d have to admit that BK is a good coach and still digging the program out of the hole it was in when he got here.

Might want to go check their ranking when we played them. Unranked, kinda like A&M was when we got skull fricked by them

Read what I said again dummy. LAST YEAR they were ranked 7th. Could you really not get to the last 2 words of my post before charging into more ignorance?

How many 10 win seasons has LSU had in the past 10 yrs? Not like we were on top of college football. It was a dumpster fire yrs before 2019 and immediately after.

He got elite coach money, in his two seasons he’s produced the worst Special Teams in school history and the worst Defense in school history

Legitimate complaint in my opinion.

BK did inherit a dumpster fire. But I also think he is an average coach at best, and he won’t be winning a natty here.

Guys in way over his head. He is terrible in big games (34-34 against top 25 teams, 6-20 vs top 10 teams) not an elite recruiter, and his game management is awful. He has so many wins on his resume bc he played teams like Purdue and navy every week at ND.

I hope I’m wrong and he turns it around but to me he’s looking more and more like a Les 2.0

Considering when Bk came over he had 39 scholarship players going 11-12 the two previous years before Bk got here yeah I’ll say lsu was mid tier when bk got here. Back to back 10 win seasons is incredible given the circumstances.

The 2023 lsu team would be favored by 7-10pts over the 2022 LSU team.

We’re better overall this year.

The problem this year is the defense took an enormous step back and our toughest 3 games were all on the road.

The loss to Ole Miss is the one we gave away. Win that one, which we should have, and we finish 10-2. Unfortunately we didn’t.

I'm not going to get into the debate about how many years it should take to win a title. However, I will say this...I don't fault the gameplan that was put together. They watched film and determined it was the best plan. The problem I have is there were absolutely no adjustments made to stop Milroe from running the ball. That's very concerning. The lack of in-game adjustments from this staff is mind-boggling. Also, there's something to be said about a defense that is performing at an all-time low. At no time in the past 2 decades have LSU fielded a worse defense. Just as coaches get credit when portal players work out, they too deserve the criticism when they don't. I'm not sure if the problem is a Matt House problem or BK problem. We've played in 5 big games since BK arrive and are 1-4. 2 losses to FSU, loss to UGA, and 1 and 1 with Bama. I'm not even going to mention the A&M game. This staff hasn't shown the ability to out-coach opponents. So if the only opponents we are going to win is the ones where we have more talent, I see BK being the same version of Richt at UGA.

2019 would be just another year in the annals of LSU football had we not "lucked out" with Joe Burrow. God, some of you people are stupid.

Save your post! My guess is that you will be able to cut and paste it after year 5. Until he gets some serious improvement in Defensive coaching abilities on his staff, he will never do better than 8 wins at LSU.

That graphic you’re showing is rankings at the END of the season. Ole Miss was 7-1 and ranked 7th when we beat them last season. WE were the unranked team at the time.

Some of you mfers are so fricking stupid.
