No his record is intact.
Something to shoot for but we know it will not be equalled.
I bitched and moaned for six decades about LSU's settling for Hallman, Archer, Dinardo types.
Orgeron took us to the pinnacle, so I knew the LSU Admin would screw it up. A Leopard can't change its spots.

The staff from previous regime were most responsible for that success, while Zero accomplished screwing it up all by himself by worrying about the "Twin" type pinnacles.

Obviously you didn’t listen to the entire press conference. It is a step in the process he said they are a good team with 10 wins. But he and the fans want to be elite playing for championships.

Seasons for most of the past years were 10 or 11 game seasons. Now it’s standard for 12-13 game seasons. 10
Wins now isn’t the same as it was in the 80s or 90s.

Regressed? Season isn’t over yet to make that determination.

Some of our fans really don’t understand football. Like…..at all.

I’m not happy with the current situation but…
The team he took over was much worse than middle of the pack… recruiting rankings don’t mean shite when they don’t stay.

Les Miles was removed after countless years of failing to adapt to changes in offensive schemes and stubbornly mimicking the style of play he played in college. Les Miles was always an offensive tackle or two of making a team great. He seemingly couldn't ever convince them to play for LSU or develop enough of them for a QB to shine on all fronts.
Brian has already shown an ability to implement a different system and add the ingredients for that system to flourish. The offensive line is still a work in progress, but we can all see that it will continue to improve next year. Tight Ends are solid. Next year's RBs look like they will thrive and WRs have never been a problem performing well at LSU with the exception of 2020 and 2021 under Orgeron.
The program was pretty much a skeleton when Kelly came on board. In two years, is it the deepest and most talented roster? Of course not. It took Saban three years to win a natty at Alabama, and their roster never looked like the piece of crap Kelly inherited? LSU wasn't even middle of the pack when Kelly took it over.

Where do dipshits like the OP come from?

Did you seriously expect him to turn this team around quickly? He didn't even have a team or barely had one in his first year. Good grief. See my signature.

Ahhhhhh what?
This post is the most ignorant delusional post I have ever seen here. It is you in fact that is delusional. People like you is why programs become disfunctional.
You should find another college and sport to follow. Matbe Mississippi Valley State for the Disfunctional. I here they have an outstanding cornhole team. Cornhole is very simple and a game you should be able the follow

So y’all are dismissing Kelly’s coaching for taking over a “skeleton of a team”; but Orgeron literally lost like 20 starters after the natty and had to deal with Covid and BLM bullshite.
Brian Kelly has been full of BS excuses and now his new rhetoric; which many of you participation trophy fans are buying, is that this a process , he took off a college football program in such shambles, etc etc.
He’s getting paid 10 million dollars, we have some of the best facilities, best athletes in state, and bordering states. Oh and they have a new thing called a transfer portal, so yes by year 2 he shouldn’t have the absolute worse defense in the country.
Also Because I think Kelly is doing a bad job means I don’t know nothing about football, Gtfo I’d loved to hear what makes your opinions so much more valued?
Do you like stalk high school recruit websites and jerk off on National signing day so now you know football?
This team and this defense has been dog shite period.

We will be having this same conversation in the 4th year of Kelly’s tenure. Guess what, he ain’t winning a NC here. BTW, I hope I’m wrong but I think not. That said, I’ll still root for my Tigers every week!

Either what I said above or you are a band member …
As if I wouldn’t be proud of that. Every cent of my LSU education was paid for by the music scholarships I earned.
I was in TGBFTL for Curley’s last two seasons, so I know what bad football is. There’s nothing like watching UF drill us 58-3 in TS and have to sit through every second with about 100 people at the end. Or sitting in 40 degrees and rain at shitty War Memorial in LR watching his last game. You won’t meet more die-hard LSU Football fans than the ones who have to actually show up and work to be a part of game day and can’t get up and leave early when shite isn’t going well.
But your bitch arse wouldn’t know anything about that.

I have a new flash for you- O WAS an Archer, Hallman, DiNardo type. Stumbling into a great season doesn’t change the fact that he was a ridiculously stupid choice made by a weak, spineless AD. Just like those three, he was a budget option who was a sure-thing to say yes.
