Well, it can never hurt if you add a few things considered perks for both the player and the fans. LSU has the best program in SEC Baseball. With a 16 team conference and adding 2 of the wealthiest fan bases in Texas and A&M we can’t afford to be passive in regard to what other schools are doing to have the best facilities.

While this is true, full loud stadiums also come as a result of a nice, fun atmosphere. Miss St. was awful this year and they still had packed stadiums throughout the year.
I saw empty seats in the stands.

I think a state of the art batting cage is a must. A great locker room. A great training room. LSU already has all of this.
Because we recently spent millions on them instead of replacing the batter’s eye or putting in arm chairs down the foul lines.

Well it’s not the 90’s anymore. So because stadium improvements haven’t resulted in a dynasty we should just quit trying to improve Alex Box?
We have been improving Alex Box. Ticket sales are fine. Fans come they feel like it. A large renovation won’t sell many more tickets.. Actual attendance might go up, but that too will fade as the newness fades.

There was no room for grand locker rooms or training facilities, etc.

that was for the people complaining about our current facilities.

I take it none of you have ever even been in our locker rooms and facilities?
The locker rooms are great, and I'll bet the players love them. That being said, they don't mean jack shite to the gameday experience for fans which is what packs the seats.

I never said that every single Mississippi St game was a sellout. But they were 26-30 and might’ve had a better in stadium attendance than us this year. Friday night games weren’t packed because of their all-star team, it was because it’s a fun stadium to be at.

We’ve always kept up with player facilities. That’s not something that just started happening the past couple of years.

Actual attendance might go up
Yeah.. that’s the point.

That’s because you’re a homer and lack the ability to be objective about it.
Yeah, probably.

Since when have we not kept up with player facilities?
That’s because LSU the most ticket sales in the country every year. It’s basically impossible for ticket sales to go up. Stadium improvements wouldn’t be for ticket sales, they’d be for for in game attendance.

Auburn updating their baseball stadium as LSU falls further behind
Well LSU has spent hundreds of millions of dollars upgrading our Football Coaching Staff, Strength and Conditioning Staff, our Baseball Coaching Staff, hiring a chef for better nutrition, upgrading our Women’s Basketball Coaching Staff, and hiring a new Men’s Basketball Staff. However, Chicken Little shows up and whines about bleachers yet again.
Oh, and Auburn has the great TJ Finley and Koy Moore to go along with their beloved Head Coach Brian Harsin.
But LSU has bleachers. Lol.

And yet LSU is still hauling in #1 recruiting classes
Gotta hate it

Serious question: What does this have to do with the fan experience (which is the point of this thread)?

Those raggedy metal bleachers are nearing 30 years old at this point
The bleachers out behind the left field wall are the bleachers from the Old Box. It's an absolute joke. LSU got away with moving those over to the New Box by saying the people who sat in those bleachers at the Old Box asked for them to be moved over.
I'm sure they would rather nice chair backs.
