All that I've encountered are zionist/dispensationalist/prosperity doctrine.

When we lived in Baton Rouge, there was a time that we went to Healing Place. It's definitely experience driven. A huge place and nobody really knows anyone outside of their friends that tag along. The message is usually lukewarm and they won't outright talk about how we should run from sin as to not be too controversial. I know my family didn't have any meaningful spiritual growth while we were there. You need a smaller church to have spiritual accountability and that's something you just can't get at a mega church.

Too bad government taxes have ruined much of the good nature and Christian giving churches provided.
Now , all those in real need reach out to the secular government , making church giving now seem like a scam.

My brother in law went to one and was real good buddies with the pastor. Went on a fishing trip with them probably 15 years go. Guys name was Perry Noble and I thought about tossing the queer off the boat a few times. An absolute dick head

I haven't been divorced, been addicted to drugs, been broke, had a child die, or any other life altering event. So no, I haven't had the need to be saved by a mega church.

I'm Catholic. I wanted to check out Healing Place-because I'd heard nothing but bad things-and have a lifetime of being predisposed to not liking such places. Prosperity Theology being a natural repellant to me.
I have to say-in all candor-I felt The Spirit. I worshipped. It was good for my soul.
I didn't go back though. I went to mass instead.

I went to Bethany World Prayer Center once while I was in high school.

Yes. I attend the biggest mega church in the world. It’s called God’s Church of the Wheel. Happens every time I go out for a bike ride. He approves.
