I guess he didn't factor in the education for his real future job... How to beçome a successful QB in the NFL. A bit shortsighted.

it is the individual not the institution that makes the difference. you got graduates from both institutions that absolutely knock it out of the park. and you have some who are total life losers. A degree basically says you are able to learn if properly motivated and move up the career success ladder. Or you may be a self starter and not need any support at all.

Stanford would have welcomed him with open arms!

Polygraph would say otherwise.

We got 13 players out the portal using the NIL funds we would have to give him with probably at least 4-5 of them being starters and the rest contributing

I am sure the offer of a scholarship for him and the chance for his parents to go back to school and get their degrees was too good to pass up

Awesome….you leave b/c of greed and then lie about why while insulting our school in the meantime. frick off BU. Actually, we should thank you. Your BS finally got the fanbase and BK to finally pony up. And now next season is looking even better.

Deep down he wants to be at LSU. The Benjamins made that impossible however.

LSU is the strongest brand going in America for young black males, and it's not even close.

That is what it certainly looks like based on what actually happened relative to his visits and comments all throughout the recruitment and that’s ok.

I don’t blame the kid for taking 12 million over 6 million.

Just don’t try to sling poop at us on the way out.

he has so much pressure to perform now money wise, and with these dumb comments if he transfers now everyone will have so much hilarious hypocritical material to blast him with

Yet he flipped to Michigan instead of just committing there to begin with. Education wasn’t at the top of his list until they were paying him more to go to school there.

Yes, it’s a better institution as far as academics, but it’s not like there aren’t successful people that graduated from LSU. Shaq hasn’t played in a long time and is still a big name and very successful off the court as a former athlete and LSU grad.

Except that's not exactly what he said if you read the SI article.

Steve fricking Jobs went to Reed College, a school that no one has ever heard of, and became one of the most successful people in history. I don’t give a rats arse about the prestige of any university. You get what you put in with regards to education.
