Battery Lawn Equipment Help

I am in the market for a battery hedge trimmer but want to keep all tools with the same manufacturer and batteries.
I currently have 40v Kobalt weed eater and blower with (2) batteries and (1) charger. The Kobalt hedge trimmer is simply too large for what is needed around the house and I do not want to buy a 20v Kobalt hedge trimmer, as I am not happy with the 40v weed eater. Now I am looking at changing to keep all tools the same. Ideally, the 20v hedge trimmer is what we need around the house, but I do not think a 20v weed eater has enough arse for our yard.
Any suggestions on where to go from here? I looked at Ego this morning at the local Ace Hardware. I like the 56v tools they have, but again don't need a 24 to 26" hedge trimmer. Tools I foresee that can/ will be used are:
Weed Eater
Edger
Hedge Trimmer
Pressure Washer
Blower
Portable Fan

DeWalt has a decent ecosystem for those tools, basically 20V - 60V setups depending on your demand.

I am on Craftsman; knock off batteries are available on eBay for cheap.

I have the 80v greenworks lawnmower, blower, and weedeater. All from Costco and I have been happy with them.

I have the 60v Greenworks platform and love it.
Do yourself a favor and don't go less than the 56v EGO makes.

I try to stick with dewalt. Batteries that work on both shop tools and lawn tools is handy.

I've got a Stihl HSA 56 battery powered hedge trimmer. The only battery powered lawn & garden tool I have. It does good, especially for short bushes. Anything tall you'll need a ladder. Stihl has a good selection of battery powered tools.

I'm on EGO system. Has performed extremely well with a mower, edger/weedeater and blower. I will probably expand to the interchangeable tool head system and get a hedge trimmer to start. Batteries are interchangeable.
Had a smaller WORX system before that but the batteries are underpowered.

I picked up a 20 volt Dewalt hedge trimmer with 1 battery charger at a garage sale for $10. I've been really impressed with it. I even carry it on my 4 wheeler before deer season to clean up vines and bushes down roads and shooting lanes.
Much easier to use around the house than the old one and I don't have to worry about my wife cutting the extension cord in 1/2 again.

Go with Ego and don't look back.
I understand you don't need the 24" hedge trimmer, but are you going to let that one tool/extension?
The weed eater/edger multi head I use is fantastic and so easy to use. The blower is my favorite tool I own.

I went to the interchangable head this year. I love their mower and blowers as well.

Ego and Milwaukee were my top 2 yesterday after I made this thread. Impulsively, I went with 40v Ryobi last night at Home Depot due to Milwaukee not being in stock and already having (1) 40v Ryobi battery and charger.
I bought the 40v weed eater that came with another battery and charger and also the hedge trimmer attachment. I was told to hold-off on the blower and pole saw as Father's Day is around the corner. She has a $500 gift card from Home Depot that she wants to use, so this was an amicable decision per se.
I do appreciate the responses here!

+1
I started with the blower 8 years ago. Added the weedeater and hedge trimmer a couple years later. Then went with the mower and chainsaw. I'd do it all over again too.

I have the dewalt system. Blower, weedeater, fan, pole saw, and power tools. I love all of them. The blower is incredible. I got knockoff 15AH 60V batteries off amazon and they have been working great.

Love my Ryobi hedge Trimmer. I think the sob could cut a tree down honestly.

I had the 40v Kobalt and switched back to gas combination (sthil kombi) and bought a couple m20 compatible Chinese knock offs

I have the ryobi 40v blower, weedeater, edging attachment and hedge attachment along with two batteries. They have been great for the past six years.
Tip; register each item online. I had to use their warranty on a battery and because I had registered it, the process was smooth. They mailed me a new one.
Also, my string trimmer head fell apart just from so much use/abrasion. I bought an Echo speed feed 400 head and swapped out the ryobi oem. That upgrade alone brought the trimmer up a tier.
