Gen X doesn't get the hate they deserve. The reason all these 70-90 year olds are still running politics/business/media is because gen X never stepped up to take their place and push them out when they were too old and senile.

Your master bedroom shares a bathroom?

5 bedrooms and only 2 bathrooms on a $1.1M asking price is tough.
I've done harbour island a few times, just got back a week ago.

There is more going on on harbour island than you will probably find on the main Eleuthera island and definitely in the exumas. If thats what you are looking for.

We have always rented airbnb's and been very happy. Stayed at Allamanda house this year which is bigger than you would need. Everything is a quick golf cart ride away. depending on time of the year you go there are some decent bar scenes at Daddy D's, Gusty's, Valentines, Vichum.

Beaches are never crowded. we rent chairs from Teejay's. The hotels all have beach bars you can walk up to and get drinks and lunch (coral sands, pink sands, the dunmore)

Some really good restaurants: Davine, rock house, the dunmore, the landing, etc.

a lot of Caribbean places start shutting down for hurricane season starting late july/early august, so be aware of that.
plenty of options in bahamas: Harbour island, marsh harbor, exumas

I have the 80v greenworks lawnmower, blower, and weedeater. All from Costco and I have been happy with them.
Pretty sure that players on the football team can't have scholarships to other sports to get around the football scholarship limit.

Although now with NIL that probably doesn't matter as much.
I took a reel there 10-15 years ago, they did a good job. Surprised its still kicking in that spot.

Look for shorter condo buildings in destin. Just east of Henderson Beach state park there are a few. Shorter buildings have fewer people staying and less umbrellas on their private beaches, plus being right next to the edge of the state park, it doesn't get a lot of foot traffic.

So this would essentially become the better version of that.

The players have to be likeable and have personalities if they are going the "youtube golf" route.

Wasn't LIV originally streamed on Youtube? We've seen how well that went the first time.
Why do car makers think that anything electric needs to have a solid led light bar across the front?
stay downtown or medical center area and catch the metro train.

They had a fan video of it.

wasn't one of LIV's original selling points is that they have every shot covered so you can watch every player?

are they cutting costs on camera men?

Their ROI wasn't going to be in the form of cash, it was in the form of sports washing, but with a league that no one watches that wasn't going to come.

The Reefs bermuda, but would be cold in march
The Dunmore, bahamas
THere are some rental car rates that I may have used a few times that are more than 50% off. never asked to show any proof.

Also, there are some company's whose corporate rates are just their stock symbol....

North through Paradise Valley, stop at the old saloon. But of the routes you mentioned, go through big sky and the Gallatin Gateway. Big timber route isn't scenic.
