Late afternoon here. Just fits my lifestyle the best. 3 days a week 90 mins.
20 mins stretching
20 mins on bike
50 mins lifting

I go around 10:00 or 1:00 to lift.

If it’s a run outdoors, whenever I feel up to it.

Started running again last week. Pretty excited that I made a mile the first timr out there since Feb. 2017.

I’m a morning workout person. Started when I was in the Army 31 years ago and we did PT first thing every morning.

Just curious how do you guys workout at lunch? How long is your lunch time? Enough time to commute, lift and shower? I wish I had this 2 hr minimum lunch time it seems it would take to accomplish this

I lift in the morning. I’m up early, but I go straight home after work.
