doctors best for nattokinase

secret element for citrus but have used jarrow formulas in the past too

imo nattokinase is the #1 supplement for your health period. especially if you got the covid shot, should be taking high dose of 6-8 a day imo

one supplement that is completely underrated is 100% not from concentrate pomegranate juice @ 4-8 ounces a day. this is especially important for those that had a bad calcium score.

google pomegranate juice calcium score and read the studies.

Thanks for the info. I’ve been alternating the Lakewood brand of not from concentrate Cranberry, pomegranate, and Tart Cherry juice. I had a lot of success using the not from concentrate Cranberry, lemon, and 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar cocktail to help with rejuvenating my liver. I now alternate between the 3 mixed with lemon juice and ACV just for overall health and wellness. I’m going to give the nattokinase and bergamot a shot. My main focus these days is strong immunity system and cardiovascular health.

Can you mix creatine with a hot beverage? Like put it in your coffee or tea?

I just pour in my mouth and drink water. If it's monohydrate, it has zero taste.

But to answer your question, I don't think it would affect the creatine to drink in a hot beverage.

Bit of a lurker but thought this would be a good place to ask, so here we go.

Been taking a multi vitamin for many years, Nature’s Way Alive Max 3. I don’t know how I got on this brand but getting low and was curious if this is a decent one, if there’s better options out there, or if it matters?

A friend suggested Jocko’s “Timewar” and while I would love to support his business, not sure I can justify spending that much on a vitamin.

Early 40’s, 3-5 days in the gym, 22 bmi, eat pretty well (but drink too much heavy beer)…if any of that matters.

Appreciate any suggestions.

doctors best- i take 4 caps in the morning, 4 at night. Understand though that i am trying to lower my calcium score from 46. For those with essentially no score or a score around mine but are 50+, i would suggest 2-3 caps 2x per day. Dante recommends 8 a day but that is for those who have fricked their body through steroid use. Doesnt hurt to take 8 or more though for sure, only benifits.

I prefer it that way. It dissolves the powder better which makes it much easier on my stomach. Before I started using hot water I used to get the shits
