Progenex: Costly but all of them taste great and I’ve never had issues with taking 2-3 servings of it per day.
If anyone is in BR and want to try some single serves of all the flavors, let me know and I’ll get some to you..

I'm using two different GNC proteins right now. 100% Gold Whey and the Sustained Protein Blend. That one is chocolate cereal milk and tastes great and mixes well. Both are pretty wallet friendly and are usually on sale at least at the GNC I go to.

I'm really unsure on whether to get whey or casein. I know one digests more quickly. Not sure what the differences translate to though. I've never really been a supplements guy . Always hit the gym fairly hard and am a clean eater. Just recently decided that I wanted to bring the old post workout shake back into my life. Lol.

I buy vanilla and mix with another flavor. Cinnamon is supposedly good for regulation of inflammation response, and I like cinnamon, so I usually use that.

Always been a Gold Standard guy. Extreme Milk Chocolate. I'm going to give the Syntha6 Cold Stone flavors a try though. I usually have the whey isolate right after the gym/box. I'll take the Syntha either in the morning or in the evening.

Might try that next. A lot of people recommend the birthday cake flavor but I didn’t like the amount of sweeteners they put in it.
