Any of y’all used Pro Jym? The flavors I’ve had have been great so far

Seems like all of his products are grossly over priced, the cost of pre jym is a joke. I don’t know why that pre is rated so high

It is pricey, I always wait til there like a 20% off sale on it on BB.com. I do like it because I like the taste, it works well for me for some energy for workout, and I use it as my source of BCAAs and creatine so I’m not having to take all these different products.

I'm really unsure on whether to get whey or casein. I know one digests more quickly. Not sure what the differences translate to though. I've never really been a supplements guy
You don't need both, but both are good to take. Casein digests a lot more slowly than whey, so take Casein in the mornings or at night before bed. Whey right after you finish a work out. (Casein is great to take before bed however. But be warned, it doesn't mix nearly as well as whey protein and it's much more thicker so it doesn't go down as well either.)

Optimum nutrition is by far my favorite. Mixes great and tastes great as well. Chocolate tastes exactly like chocolate milk. The use a lot less fillers than most of the products out there, and have a very low fat percentage (which is key to look for in proteins).

If you're a Costco member you can get a huge bag, about 3+ month supply for $60.

Right now Costco has chocolate Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Isolate (4 lbs.) for $30 thru the end of July, which is an incredible price and I stocked up. It is not a whey concentrate but is made from 100% whey isolate protein sources and it tastes great. In the warehouse they have chocolate only, no vanilla.

ON usually can be had at good discounts at retailers. I got a buy one, get two free deal last time I bought it, so I got 3 big jugs for $85.

I’m looking for another casein to replace my optimum nutrition. I’ve used it for years but I’m sick of it. Plus they have gotten thinner and thinner on the powder

While over-priced, his pre is top 5 out of all the ones I’ve tried.

Trutein
This is good, quality stuff. Cinnabun is the best flavor. Plus, the guy that started it is from Lafayette.

Looks like good protein but $18 a pound before taxes is pretty steep.
