re: Positives and negatives from yesterday - steve123
Solid evaluation. Way more good than bad right now. Only question mark I’d add is that something seems off timing-wise when we attempt a screen pass. We’ve had 2 knocked down by D-linemen. Can be fixed. ...

re: "Auburn's radio crew is absolutely lighting up the game officials after the game. Yikes." - steve123
And lose the turnover battle 2-0. Look, there were questionable calls for both teams, but when you win turnover battle, total yards, time of possession, you were the better team that day. ...

re: Lattimore and Crawley better get out of that slump quick - steve123
Agreed. The DB’s were bad but I thought the D-line was worse. Aside from Cam, these guys are awful. How did we not keep Devaroe Lawrence after what I saw today? ...

re: how many Defensive lineman played in the game? - steve123
Damn I hate to hear this. I wonder if it’s the same ankle as last year. Sometimes those things are hard to shake. ...

How did Logan look? - steve123
I was watching Lawrence and Fehoko a lot so I didn’t pay much attention to Glen Logan. How did he do? ...

re: Ensminger called a great game - steve123
I agree. I think they tried to run one more screen pretty late in the game that was set up well downfield but their D-lineman batted the ball down. ...

re: Need suggestions for a long weekend in October - steve123
Asheville is great in October but flights typically are not cheap because there aren’t any non-stop ones. Cheapest I can usually find is around $500 but you may do better if you’re flexible with days of the week. ...

re: OG and middle pressure - steve123
I feel better about the two guards than the two tackles. But Cushenberry is the wild card to me for handling the interior pressure. ...

re: Game analysis (starters only) - steve123
While I don’t agree with much of the analysis, he’s right that the starting front 7 got pushed around badly. The chargers popped off runs of 10-12 yards at will on their opening drive. As far as I know, the only potential starter from our front 7 who didn’t play was Okafor. That, to me, is troubling...

Definitely looks that way. I think 6’3” and 6’7” is probably about right...

re: LSU absolutely cannot waste this defense this year. - steve123
Can you imagine if we could get them all back next year with the offense having a year under its belt? I figure Greedy will leave and I don’t blame him but slide Stingley into his spot with the rest of the guys. Only seniors I can think of are Battle and Paris and they may not even be starting by th...

re: Someone make me feel better about Brossette - steve123
Don’t know if this makes you feel better, but I’ll offer the following: - he arrived at a time when two of the best we’ve ever had were here; - he has good size for RB and I think adequate speed; - not sure about intangibles such as balance and vision but he might - jury still out; - we haven’t ...

re: Possible Offensive Line Haul - steve123
To me, if the mystery five star and Parker want in, you make room somehow. We’ve done a pretty good job with the D-line but it seems that the last five years (at least), the O-line has been a source of worry going into the season. Has to be a priority. ...

re: Brennan can be our backup, play, AND still redshirt - steve123
Agreed. At this point, O’s top priority HAS to be to sell McMillan on the idea that he will play, even if he isn’t the starter. Wildcat packages, 1 or 2 series per game....something. Keeping him is critical both for depth purposes this year and in an effort to not have to burn a potential redshirt y...

re: Most Underrated State to Live in - steve123
That’s awesome. What part of Montana if I may ask? I’ve considered this as well but have heard Bozeman and Missoula have gotten really crowded. Of course, “crowded” by Montana standards might be a different story. ...

re: What's the worst food that is a staple of the American diet? - steve123
I don’t know if it’s a staple but doughnuts are pretty popular in the office and to the best of my knowledge, have zero nutritional value. But damn, they’re tasty. ...
