Intermittent fasting. I already have the muscle, the fasting helps me find it.

Correct. Pretty much any variation of a loaded carry would be a good total-body exercise.

If you care about strength and muscle at all, these 3 are absolutely paramount. They should be the base of the program. I don’t care what Jody the 145 pound fitness trainer says. Those 3 are what makes big chest, big legs and tight asses.

For barbell work, absolutely. Maybe OHP or incline instead of bench, but yes.

I do try to cultivate a tight arse.

Single best all-around - Deadlift probably, followed by squats. Those work lots of muscles.

Bench would be much further down to those 2.

Loaded carries are ridiculously simple, but doing them with a challenging weight is pretty unmatched for the sheer number of muscle groups you can hit.

Legs to get it off the ground and walk. Back to stabilize the pick and walk. Arms to hold it. Core stability for all of it. For loaded carries you have to squeeze, you even get some chest involvement. Forearms and hands to hold it.

They're deceptively simple but destructive.

Squats and carries all day. Then deadlifts would be third.
