My coworker prescribes my TRT. We have a wellness clinic/urgent care so we monitor our labs and what not.
One 10ml vile last me 15 weeks. I do .6-.7 every Sunday. Total test is usually between 800-900

My overall was 960 ng/ml and free was 22 pg/ml (5 days after an injection).
Reference range for free was 7.2-24 pg/ml

I do once per week.
At the end of 7 days (before the next injection) the overall was 760.

Half life is 7-10 days on Cyp. Once a week is fine.
If I were doing a cycle like 400-500mg a week, I would split that up mainly due to volume.

sure but you will have a lot more peaks and valleys and half life is 7-8 days on cyp so you essentially have half the amount you did 7 days later. that is big swings which invites side effects.
i get it though, after years of being on it, i sometimes go to once a week, hell sometimes every other because at times you start dreading shots. especially now that i get lumps if i do subq an dhave to do IM for every shot again.

Good points. I think for most doing true TRT doses via IM, Test Cyp once a week is desirable, minimal side effects. IM more than once a week might not be worth the extra jab. If doing Sub Q, then yes, maybe go twice per week. If doing higher doses, same thing, maybe go twice per week.

I just got my labs back from the 4-5 week 150mg/week dose.
I noticed that my estradiol was high AF (38.1pg/ml and 16.1pg/ml prior to trt).
test came back at 1200 ng/dl and 36.8 free t
Just a corresponding correlation to the high test levels or need to take a small amount of arimidex?

I believe that is good from what Attia said. 3%
I still think you are within normal range of estradiol (10 to 50 pg/mL). Estrogen is still important for normal health.

yeah, health rep just said the same thing. Good deal. I feel like I’ve had slightly less sex drive compared to prior to trt which is weird, thought it could be the estradiol. Maybe HCG would help

Could be a hormonal thing or it could be a mental thing. Maybe you are thinking you should be a raging freak and your expectations are hampering your actual increase? Is it a detrimental loss in drive? If not, I'd personally not worry about it as you can tell with increasing your test, estrogen rose. If you increase a hormone for you sex drive, you might increase something else (or lower) that will be annoying and you are now a walking medicine cabinet.

Much easier for me to remember to do once a week than twice. I don't notice any yo-yo effects of once a week but I've been on TRT for some time.

yea i doubt you will, many dont but its not gonna keeep nearly as stable blood levels as 2x. but from a scar tissue standpoint, pain in the arse standpoint, totally get 1x.
