Well 450 over three months.

Even if I get the vial of test for cheap... I naturally have a stupidly high RBC level and a fairly high estradol level. So I'd want to test fairly frequently in case the RBC count goes up. 150 a month for the vial test and blood work every 3 months.

Vs cheap vials of test (admittedly attractive), and then over 300 at the doc for the "unnecessary" blood work.

Now if insurance was paying for blood work...

Idk. It'd be nice to get all of this covered

bloodwork is at most, every 12 weeks. after first year every 6 months.

as far as if you should switch, man thats up to you. my insurance covers my 2x a year bloodwork so im not in your situation.

I will say, the telemed place i listed above is one of the best in the nation if you arent close to houston.

Why so much? Make an account at GoodRX and bring the coupon into pharmacy. I get my 4 200mg vials for $30 at Walgreens for the month.

So I gave elevate wellness a call, $250 for initial consult/bloodwork which I don’t mind paying. Then it’s $199 per month for unlimited everything, which I didn’t have time to ask questions about.

My question, as I’m new to any telemed, do you use them to get the rx needed, then follow up in 4-6 months? So it’s not really $199 per month but you can go back to them when needed, then pick up the T elsewhere, like good rx?

I had a T level of 450 in 22, and 580 45 days ago.
Did another one yesterday full panel free from the hospital nurse employer. I know it’s important to get them in the morning and at the same time. It was 1:30 PM, but she whipped out the tubes, and I was like ok let’s do it. It was 380.

I read that it can vary 35% throughout the day, and that’s what 200 points would be but it was still early.

What’s your experience with changes over time? How quickly can it change? And how much trough the day. I heard that it’s also seasonal, and colder months have higher numbers.

So had my first blood draw since starting the TRT a few months ago and needless to say it’s working. T is off scale, haha. However my concern is obviously the Prostate Ag numbers. Waiting on a call from the nurse now to discuss.

Your beginning numbers are similar to my current ones. Low t and low estradiol. I’ve decided to make the jump, just finding a different doctor that called up my current blood work. I decided to go with the obgyn that lsu777 recommended earlier.

How would you say you feel now compared to before?

I feel great. I can tell there is Test coarsing through my veins, haha.

I am pretty worried about the Prostate numbers though. I talked to them yesterday and I am going to go to Labcorp tomorrow am and have another draw done to verify the PSA number. If it's still high and not just a fluke test, they are going to refer me to a Urologist and basically cut me off until I get cleared by Urology.

Everything I've researched so far and from what they've told me, TRT doesn't necessarily cause any prostate issues, but could exacerbate underlying issues... or it could be a non issue. Fingers crossed that this test comes back good.

These "peptides" that you're using aren't FDA approved and have never been proven to actually do anything. You're simply injecting/consuming a research chemical that's based on anecdotal evidence. You have no way of knowing what the long term effects these peptide drugs have. Drop the peptide bullshite

Exogenous testosterone has been proven study-after-study to not exacerbate or cause prostate cancer. That 80 year old myth has been debunked heavily with good research

My PSA went from .8 to 4.5 a few months ago. Was a prostate infection. Got meds the next month was back to .8

Also watch that estrogen. Might need an estrogen blocker if it continues to climb

Thanks! This is refreshing. I have zero other symptoms. Hopefully it’s something similar. Did they have to do a biopsy to diagnose that?

On the Estrogen, surely getting on an AI once/if this Prostate stuff is cleared up.

Sadly they only deal with the pellets and do not treat guys trying to start a family.

I think I’m going the rejuvi-route same as TigeRoots.

Got my second PSA results back today and it was lower, 3.6. So still elevated, but not above 4. I checked the results myself on Labcorp’s website, buy haven’t heard back from Rejuvime on whether or not they will require Urologist approval to continue treatment.

I have my annual in depth physical next week with my GP, which includes Labs, stress test, etc… so it will be another chance to take a look at the PSA and talk to him about it. I’ll probably see a Urologist regardless for peace of mind.

I really don’t want to stop the Test as I feel great and would hate to have to “start over”, but part of me is worried that I’m doing further damage to my Prostate, but I have zero symptoms of anything wrong, other than the bloodwork. Although not trying to downplay that by any means.
