I would definitely do 100mg weekly instead of 200mg every other week. Way too long between injections.

Yeah that’s what I was leaning to. How many of y’all doing SQ shots instead of IM?

Are there any cons to going the SQ route? You just run some warm water over it and it injects easily?

it should be small amount so no real reason to heat but yea if you need to warm water or blow dryer or hot water bath half way up the vial

biggest drawback is it can be pain to draw up

cool now stop and do either 75mg twice weekly or 150mg a week and you will have better results, less side effects and much more stable hormones.

i was doing subq. but after years, started developing bruising every time.

i prolly need to try heated oil, and split into 4 shots a week so very tiny amount.

SubQ has never really bothered me at all. That said, I did my Monday shot yesterday after running in the am and fresh out the morning hot shower. Slid in and out like butter and zero soreness or bruising. I think I will be a post shower pinner now.

Have any of you taken the estrogen blocker? Did you notice a significant different after taking the blocker?

Mine has doubled since starting about four week ago. Should be getting the blocker in soon. Noticing a lot of fatigue, foggy headed, and sex drive is damn near non-existent.

On the initial test, the only thing that was out of range was my free-test. Everything else was good.

My estrogen raised slightly as you would expect but I have never had any side effects.

They put me on Arimidex 1mg weekly when he ordered my testosterone. My estradiol was just a couple points out of normal range but I guess he expected it to climb.

Yep. Draw up with 21, pin with 27. Glutes mostly, outer Quad from time to time.

Yeah mine went from <5 (in OP) to 30+, Urologist put me on Arimidex 1x week just to be safe. Was starting to have some nipple sensitivity but none of the symptoms you've described. That I've noticed at least. Definitely no loss of sex drive. I am sleeping much better since starting the ADex, but not sure if that's the reason. Made some other changes to aid sleep as well. Overall feeling like a champ on the TRT regime so far.

The sleep has been awful. Waking up at 2:00 nearly every night for about two weeks. Just keep dosing with Melatonin throughout the night in order to get about five hours of sleep.

Got the Arimidex in yesterday (.25mg/ 2x week). Took that with an injection this morning. Hopefully I'll see some quick improvement.

How long did it take for you to feel the effects of the ADex?

Yep, that was me. Every damn night. Not sure if it was starting the TRT or what, but it pretty much matched up with it, timeline wise.

Like I said, not sure if the ADex helped with the sleep, as I started taking a Mag supplement again as well as an Adaptagen. ADex should have a pretty quick effect I'm sure and it's got a long half life so low dosage/frequency should be enough. Looks like you have the dosage down.

Pinning glutes with a 27? You must be there forever trying to push the test in. I usually do a 25g for either quads or sq. I did glutes the other day with a 23g and it was great. Quick, easy, no PIP.

How do you keep from getting a knot or being sore AF in that spot?
