I know ppl who do it. There’s basically no negatives of doing it. It’s very healthy.

I’m plant based but that documentary is nothing but propaganda horse shite. Nearly everything they said is fabricated garbage.
I’m so tired of hearing about this fake arse movie.

Cow is plant based. Cow eats plants. I eat cow.
Chicken: plant based. Same.
Meat literally has the word "eat" in it.

I love my plant-based foods. The cows are really tasty.

I try to eat one vegetarian meal per day. This is either a salad or a vegan meal replacement that I get from TrueNutricion. It's typically the meal replacement that I drink for breakfast.

I’m gonna eat nothing but impossible whoppers for a month.

While I agree with the sentiment, chickens are carnivorous. They will any living thing they can. We just make them eat feed.

I did it once about 2 years ago for 3 months just for shits and giggles. Didnt have access to a scale the whole time but weighed myself after the 3 months and was down 30 pounds and felt incredible. Tons of energy. Dont do it anymore, but I've kept the weight off anyway and do eat alot more vegetables than I did. I dont buy the propaganda, but I dont buy the propaganda from the other side either. It's basically just an easy way to avoid processed garbage.

Most vegan products aren't necessarily healthy at all and, in many cases, are more processed than their non-vegan counterparts (the meat substitutes, anyway.) Eating primarily nuts, seeds, vegetables, etc. would be optimal with that lifestyle

I basically ate oatmeal, spinach salads, beans, nuts, and berries for 3 months. I've never eaten any type of meat substitute crap. I also ate popcorn. Lots of popcorn

Did the whole no meat thing for about 6 months myself. Thinned out a little more than I cared for and didn't feel noticeably better, so I went back to eating meat and feel more back to normal

Can you imagine what they cram into that thing to make it taste like a possible whopper?

This is the damn truth. It’s rare I run into another vegan that isn’t fat or skinny fat. Al they do is eat processed bulshit and walk around thinking they’re better than everyone.
I eat this way for my own personal reasons but there’s no way I’d eat that fake meat bullshite. The chemicals in them are worse than anything in real meat.

My wife and I tried it for a few months.I lost a few pounds but my wife got emaciated. She loses weight like nobody I’ve ever see,Thing is,I was hungry all the time and I am diehard deer hunter. We have lived on venison primarily for some years,I didn’t want to give up deer hunting,so we went back to venison. Now we have wild hogs so we eat 1-2 of them a year.We eat meatless 2-3 days a week,.I have chickens so we eat eggs but not everyday.I eat sardines 1-2 times a week,We eat lot of beans! I eat an ounce of nuts every day,
We’re both healthy, neither of take any meds.
