My PCP says the issue is just due to age. I’m not sure about that. From what I’ve read, SHBG is produced in the liver. So apparently mine is making too much. I don’t know…

Been taking 15mg of NOW Boron daily along with 50mg Zinc and 500mg Magnesium for several months.
Been tested twice. Total T has been good in the 700-800 ng/dl range.
Free T has been very low in the 3.2-3.4 pg/ml range. SHBG has been very high at 96 nmol/L.
Any ideas how to increase Free T and decrease SHGB? Thanks
