Yes. Despite what you've been inundated by ad nauseum for your entire life, grains are not healthy for you. Full stop.

Fair enough. Lots of people with a gnarly sweet tooth do things like yogurt, toast, flavored tea, etc. to satisfy it without blowing their progress. If OP cannot physically put a couple slices of sweet toast into his mouth without losing all self control and eating the entire loaf, that is a different story of course.

Missed this part/took it to mean he needs something sweet that is higher in volume. My bad

I missed this part until now. My advice is to mentally decouple weight loss from exercise.

Sorry not sorry for following the evidence. Just because you want something to be true doesn't make it so...nor does it reflect on me at all. I've made plenty of positive suggestions in this thread - sorry you are too miserable to appreciate it.

Dude stop being a nutrition conformist. There are links out there man, tons of them. Big time studies, science bro. You don't even know.

Such a sheep, you probably have an Iphone. Ugh

ETA: I bet you didn't even know that the first humans, prior to figuring out how to farm vegetables, DIDN'T EVEN EAT VEGETABLES!!!!

Do you even caveman isotopic values bro?

sugar makes you hungrier.

Once you stop eating that crap and carb loaded snacks, you wont be as hungry through out the day anymore.

It's not for everyone, but if I need something to snack on and dont want to eat nuts, fruits or veggies. I usually go for some protein bar like quest.

Or i take sliced turkey and roll it up with some cheese or some avocado, or both.

I like the frick out of sardines, but figure a lot of people would never eat them.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you aren't playing coy, but massive carb bombs just aren't good for you. Not only don't they do the OPs job of satiating between-meal hunger effectively, but they lead to metabolic shite-storms. (hyper-insulinimia/insulin resistance, etc.)

Your position is there are no objective truths regarding the human diet? Interesting.
