Y'all are the realest for adding all those programs

Pool Season looks fun, I'm young and dumb so going to try and run it in conjunction with some HIIT classes to shed some lbs

hell yea, those look liek the V1 of the urethanes that I have. Once you clean them they will be great.

those look like they have much heavier weights in the handles though so overall length is smaller.

you could buy some of the powerblock inner handle weights. would give you even more flexibility.

I think the handle weights are in the handles currently, they are chrome looking cylinders that come out, correct?

yep, based on number of weights on the end i would imagine they are 10 lbs each. Powerblock will sell you the 2.5 and even 1.25 ones. Give you a ton more options for microloading.

when you get them, measure them and Ill measure mine and tell you if they fit or not.

LSU I saw you started the dumbbell program. I think that will be my August program for the wife and I. I’m getting her to run Get Peachy back to back. Surprisingly she’s really enjoying it and even though the scale hasn’t really moved much, she’s definitely seeing more strength and definition.

yea more of intro into it until baseball season is over for my kids in a couple weeks.

shite is hard AF, tons and tons of volume lol.

glad your wife is enjoying the get peachy program. All of these programs can 100% be run back to back and actually are prolly better that away.

I think she would like the db program too, its got a ton of leg volume, back and shoulder volume. Pretty much the three areas most woment need to build to look "sculpted"

Wife finished Get Peachy this am. Maxing out on Friday morning to readjust for round 2 starting Monday.

Going hiking at clark creek Saturday so we’ll have some good active recovery.

I can ask if she would write a review. But she enjoyed it. Weight wise she didn’t change much but definitely a difference in muscle tone and clothes fitting better. Her lifts in general look much better and she has more rom in her squats than she did week 1 so I’ll post her new maxes Friday am.

She’s been waking up at 5:30am and working out to prepare herself when she goes back to work in August.

July round 2 of Get Peachy
August will be Prequel
September unsure
October she’ll do Squatober with me!
