I'm starting to get a handful of gray hairs come in and im still in my 20s. Is this happening because of stress? Possibly some genetics involved? I want to try and avoid this getting worse as I get older.

Let it happen. I had a few pop in at 28.

It’ll be fine.

I started turning gray at 18.

Now at 39, I'm almost completely gray (beard and all)

I just embrace it, despite people thinking I'm 60

Yeah, good luck with that. Be thankful that you're not losing it. That's what everyone told/tells me. I started getting them in my 20s too. Now in my late 40s, let's just say that I probably have an even number of gray and dark hairs.

If it is you can reverse it by limiting stress.

If it’s genetic then roll with it, a lot of women find a touch of grey attractive.

99.9% genetics. I work with a pair of brothers who were all salt and pepper by 25. I wouldn't worry about it. I think women kind of dig it.

Superior Mane Gray Reverse Bar

I'm waiting for this to come in. Got it for half off, but still probably not worth the money.

It's probably a rip-off, but let us know if it works.

I've had salt and pepper since my 20s. I get it mainly near the side burns. Wife calls it politician grey and loves it.

I would never die it bc people would notice immediately and I'm too lazy to keep doing it.

I started getting some white hair in my beard around age 27. Skipped grey altogether.

I was going bald at 23. I'd take gray hairs.

Are you worried about being attractive? Everyone likes something different. Like Lincoln said, you can make some of the people happy…..

Was in Iraq with a dude in late 20s, he was already bald. Don't fight it.

Rather it turn gray, than loose.

Women like a few gray hairs. Don't let it bother you.

I'm in my mid 30s and the gray hairs are starting to come around. Doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Just about all of the men in my family have/had good heads of hair well into their 70s. Always said, "I don't give a shite when or how much it turns gray, as long as I have hair, I'm good"

I stay clean shaven and keep my hair short so they graying on the sides isn't noticeable.

People are shocked when they find out I am over 50; most think mid-late 30s.
