Embrace is - no one cares about early graying anymore. Balding on the other hand...do whatever you can to prevent that

At least you weren’t bald by 25. Finally shaved it at 30 and it was so liberating

I started turning gray in HS.

When I was in army boot camp I was 21 years old. Once while standing in formation the drill sergeant asked me… “How old are you maggot?!!” .

I replied… “ 21 drill sergeant.”.

He said….”You’re a lying MFer!!
Get down and give me 25!!”.

After I completed my 25 push ups he asked me again…. “ Now… how old are you scum bag?”.

I replied… “ 40 drill sergeant!!”.
He laughed and walked off.

I was almost completely gray by 25….Inherited from my mom. I’ve never colored it. My college sweetheart/ now wife always loved it. Just go with it.

Turning gray is better than it receding. I started shaving my head in '03 and been on that wagon ever since. But if i miss a week, what's there is all gray.

quote:

Is this happening because of stress?
We’d all be graying far earlier if the stress linkage was significant. It’s hereditary

I started graying in my 20s and likely won’t have any non-gray by 40. If you are concerned, don’t be:

- People will regard you as experienced and older, but you’ll still look and feel youthful. This is good for your career perception
- You will be able to weaponize daddy issues like few others. This is a serious boon if you’re single
