How much weight have you lost since your gym closed? I have went from 236 lbs. to 222 lbs., so far...

Still around 200.
Flipped my bench routine to incline barbell and flat DB and I’m back to 225x5 (last night) on incline. Up from 215x4 10 days ago.
I hope I’m back to 240-245x5 on incline (where I was a few years ago) before switching back to flat BB and incline DB.

I wish I still had my home gym. These high reps of dumbbells ain't cutting it.

I've lost 8 lbs in the last 4 weeks because I've been running/biking everyday

I haven't lost or gained any weight, but I'm sure my lifting numbers have dropped a fairly large amount.
I was up to 350 x 5 on the bench. I've been doing a lot of variated push-ups, with a weighted vest, and pull-ups while I'm home, but I probably couldn't put up 320 right now. It really sucks, too, because I was in a groove.
Being 40 years old isn't going to help either.

I've gained 3 pounds
.
But honestly that not nearly as bad as it could be. I've put on 7 lbs in a week on vacation so..

Body weight is the same.
Picked up a trap bar, 365# of plates, and 75# dumbbells today.
Needed some heavy weights, because my 50# power blocks weren’t cutting it.
Also bought several speed ropes and a trick rope last week.

Been chopping wood and god damn if that’s not the best quarantine workout ever. 2 hours of cutting down and dragging trees feels like a better workout than anything I’ve done in the past 2 years.
So to answer the question, lost some gains in the beach muscles but back and core are feeling stronger than ever.

Was working my arse off and hitting some of my personal best. Ive been out of it for a month now and am visibly seeing everything fall off. No telling when this bs will be over with
I guess what really pisses me off is I have worked my whole life to eat healthy and keep a healthy body. Now I have to stay home and can’t go to the gym because a bunch of people that never took care of themselves (smoking, never exercising, eating like crap) are at risk of dying when they get sick.

I’m down 8ish pounds since the start of this. Tried on pants today and they felt roomier. Lol.

Exactly. The people who are in great shape might have it and not even show any symptoms, because their bodies are healthy.

I've lost about 5lbs down to 175. This sucks, and I'm trying to keep drinking shakes to keep my calories up.

Did a bunch of snatch work yesterday.
Muscle Snatches at 100
Snatches + OHS at 135
Snatch Pulls at 175
Drop Snatch + OHS at 155
First time doing concentrated snatch work in several months, but these were the prescribed weights. I do have a 5 week Oly routine that I'll work in with my normal lifting every 3rd day.

one of the lucky ones who has access to a full home gym
my numbers have either stayed in line or increased on all compound lifts

I have definitely had to change my workout options without a gym but holding at same weight.
I can understand dropping weight due to diet changes and possibly if 'nothing else to do' turned into a new OCD running obsession. Otherwise, seems like muscle loss would not be much of an issue in only one month.
