I found a barbell at 3 am in stock on academy siegen lane. Picked that bad boy up today! Hell yes

Went from elyptical and weights to running and dumbbells plus push ups. Weight is the same. Liver worse. Legs are less tone and much stronger. Upper body taking a hit.

I've lost a shite ton of quad strength without the ability to squat or leg press under load. It's resulted in a return of what is most certainly KOA from tons of injuries growing up.

fricking sucks. There's just no way to replicate the resistance I need to maintain the strength and size I had in the VMO prior to the gyms shutting down.

And no. Buying a squat rack isn't feasible at the moment given I can't finish even clinicals right now.
