Look in the baby section at your grocery store or Walmart, we keep these in the freezer and use them after sweating working out or just working in the yard/heat.

started with redmonds relyte, switched to redmonds sea salt and magnesium powder. drink it everyday. added potassium chloride recently to get over an e coli GI infection

Ultima. Been trying the variety packs. Raspberry is probably my favorite flavor, but I've enjoyed the grape, orange, blue raspberry, and lemonade flavors as well.

1/2 a lemon with some sea salt.
Blend it all together (including the rind) with about 10 oz of filtered water.

A lot of times I will add some real extra virgin olive oil or flaxseed oil.
