The problem is, there’s no government in Iran at the moment we’ve destroyed it. There’s factions doing their own thing all over the country.
There are thousands of these 'mullahs' that are basically running the political side of the country with some having more control over regions in Eye-Ran than others.
Then there are IRGC contingents, all over that are operating as independent cells or centers that are sworn to kill the infidel(s).
Both the mullahs and the IRGC are moonbat crazy and will fight to the death. Think of the Japanese in WWII and their bushido code.

You need to go to the doctor. That’s not normal.
This is the correct answer. Go to a urologist specifically.
Next would be to start drinking filtered water. Reverse osmosis is the best route. Just know you need to add back a high-quality trace mineral supplement.
If you don't want to spend OT $$$ on a complete under the sink system, AquaTru is one of the best counter-top RO systems out there.
And you can go with a water pitcher, don't go with big-box water pitchers like Brita and Pur.
Clearly Filtered is one of the best water pitcher systems, pricey but well worth it. ZeroWater and EpicWater are solid choices.

Sugar is what feeds cancer.
A PET scan uses a form of glucose, called FDG (fluorodeoxyglucose), that is injected into the body to map out where cancer is located.
re: Am I Essentially Doomed To Weight Loss/Diabetes Medicine?
Posted by Reubaltaich on 5/22/26 at 5:31 am to Reubaltaich
Snacking or 'grazing' is a huge factor in why folks have a hard time losing weight.
Every time you eat something, your body starts to produce insulin to work on that food which you eat.
Insulin is the fat storage hormone. Cortisol, which is a stress hormone, also leads to fat storage.
Get on a ketogenic or carnivore style diet. There is tons of information on it on social media.
Sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. It digs down deep into your soul and heart,
Time will heal the hurt. Just smile every time you think of him and the good times you had together. and thank the Lord above for your father,

re: Statin question
Posted by Reubaltaich on 5/18/26 at 6:07 am to TigerGman
You might want to look into this when it comes to your statins:
LINK
Statins reduce cholesterol, which most people do NOT realize is that:
Our body produces cholesterol, mainly in the liver, which we need to survive. Every one of our 70 TRILLION plus cells in our body is encapsulated with cholesterol.
Our brains consist of about 20% cholesterol. Statins reduce cholesterol. Well, something is not right here.
Here is something else to consider, most Doctors who prescribe statins recommend that you supplement with coenzyme Q 10, that vital is vital to brain function.
There are so many side effects of these statins that it is scary.
Why take the risk when eating a proper diet is so much better?
quote:
Some Statins Appear to Increase Dementia in Patients With Mild Cognitive Issues
Does the use of some of the most commonly prescribed statins significantly increase the risk of developing dementia in patients with mild cognitive impairment?
Research presented at the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2021 Annual Meeting advises that positron emission tomography (PET) scans of lipophilic statin users revealed a highly significant decline in metabolism in the area of the brain that is first impacted by Alzheimer's disease when those cholesterol-lowering drugs were used in certain circumstances.
In other words, according to the University of California at Los Angeles authors, taking lipophilic statins—which include atorvastatin, simvastatin, lovastatin, fluvastatin, cerivastatin, and pitavastatin—appears to more than double those patients’ risk of developing dementia compared with those who do not take statins. While hydrophilic statins focus on the liver, lipophilic statins are distributed to tissues throughout the body.

(And it's still not a "law.")
Technically, yes. Regardless this idiotic tax has been on the books for decades. ANd it needs to be wiped off the La Constitution.
This stupid, idiotic tax has been a YUGE job killer in Louisiana.

Nobody "signed it into law."
It's in the Louisiana constitution, which voters passed in 1974.
The proposed amendment amends the constitution.
OK. now help me out here. Doesn't any constitutional amendment have to be introduced and voted on by the La Legislature to bring before the voters?
What really needs to be done is to have a La constitutional convention and tear up the current one and start over.

So you are against local parishes voting to lower their taxes???
Heck no. I want this idiotic tax taken off the books permanently. I have been around business for nearly 40 years and EVERY freaking owner, manager hates it.
Talk about a job and business killer.
BTW, a little research turned this up:
quote:
Inventory tax has been levied in Louisiana since the 1800s and was enshrined in the state’s 1974 constitution. Business inventory tax in Lafayette is assessed as a percentage of the value of the inventory on hand, which could be cereal in a grocery store or an excavator on a construction site. Some of the largest payers of inventory tax in the parish are car dealerships.
I am willing to bet doughnuts to pennies that slime ball edwin edwards was behind and pushed this on the La Constitutional ballot.
IF passed, this is ONLY a start. A lot of the po-dunk parishes in Louisiana are gonna whine and moan about how 'racists' and 'unfair' it is.
quote:
If passed, the proposition doesn’t do away with the tax automatically. Parishes would need to opt-in to sunsetting the tax, and the measure includes a reimbursement incentive to encourage parishes across the state to make the move, but it fails to make all parishes whole.
