Burritos with some kind of filling. You can use deli meats, refried beans, salsa, etc. Cheap and easy.

1/2 cup of oats, 1 Tbl spoon of cinnamon, 1 cup of vanilla soy or almond milk, 1/4 cup almonds and about 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh fruit

Mix the oats, cinnamon and milk (stir well), then top with fruit and almonds and put it in the fridge the night before

When you leave for work just grab it and go

If you're lifting hard and need some carbs I wouldn't mind some chocolate milk and a banana; maybe add a scoop of peanut butter.

I do stuff like that on my lifting days to get those carbs/protein in, then on my more off days skip that and do eggs/bacon etc.

Overnight Oats

1/2-1 cup of oats
2 tsp chia or flax seeds
1/4 tsp date sugar
1-2 tbsp PBFit Powder
1/4-1/2 cup berries
3/4-1 cup of milk

I prep 5 of these on Sunday. Takes 5 mins to make and eat them everyday during the work week.

1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
1/2 cup berries
2 tbsp PBFit
2 tsp chia seeds
Dash of honey

Another good breakfast option for the week. This is my other go to besides overnight oats.
