I cook my eggs the night before and warm them up the next morning when I am ready for breakfast. I only eat eggs for breakfast. 6 whites and 2 yolks.

Several options I do:

whole wheat English muffin with PB and an apple slice (cut horizontally- perfect size when you cut out the middle with seeds)

Pre-made snack box- almonds, cheese stick (sometimes I cut it up), apple slices. BAM- holds me over a while and it can take as long or as quick to eat. I like to snack on it for a while.

Whole Milk Greek yogurt with cashews on top. Put it in a little disposable cup and plastic spoon- throw it away when you walk in the door.

If I'm not starving: my favorite breakfast drink is a frozen banana, spoonful of PB, and a enough milk to make it blend. I pour it in a yeti cup and I will sip on that for hours (literally! The yeti cup will keep it frozen for a few hours).

It's all about meal prep baw. Make you some egg cups with whatever protein you like on Sunday night and heat them up all week in the microwave for a quick breakfast.

This. I eat them cold, but it takes 20 minutes total to get these made.
