It's all about meal prep baw. Make you some egg cups with whatever protein you like on Sunday night and heat them up all week in the microwave for a quick breakfast.

Overnight oats is a great suggestion.

Or as others suggested meal prep for the week and make yourself some protein you can heat in the microwave once at the office.

Greek yogurt and fruit.

Hard boiled eggs
Banana with peanut butter
Cottage cheese

A good one is to mix a bunch of raw eggs with cheese, spinach, ham, mushrooms, peppers, etc and pour into a casserole dish and bake it one night. Then you can heat up and eat every morning

When I’m on the go in early morning I’ll just eat a banana with a cup of yogurt and granola bar. Also instant oatmeal is a good quick breakfast that is healthy.

Sometimes I opt for the more unhealthy choice of sausage biscuits though

On weekdays I dont make breakfast a big to do. The purpose is to put healthy food in my body to sustain me for the morning.

So usually it's a protein shake, Atkins high protein bar, and a Quaker Oats breakfast square

Quick, easy, tasty, and healthy.

Mini Frittatas

These are very good and they freeze well. Make them on Sunday and microwave for a few seconds during the week.
