Look like the kind of guy that never wants to be late for another prostate exam.
Keep it up, take it easy/lift smart, and someday real soon you will be prime elder twink material.

Incredibly difficult to do with your one pic. You seem to have shown what you think is your best attribute but failed to provide enough to truly critique. Honestly, show it to 10 people and each will see it different. Get to a place where you feel good, you think you look good, and forget what other people think.

I'm no Adonis, but seriously?

Tough crowd, tough crowd.
Physique fitness seems good. To go for your fitness role model physique you’ll need more thickness. Gonna be tough to do with all Keto. Carbs so important for getting bigger.
As mentioned it’s tough to tell anything from this picture but your lats look to be lacking the most from what is visible. I’d add back volume and focus on lat activation.

I hope you are a long distance runner, and not a lifter....
Jk, bub. Just keep working and youll get to where ever you wanna be.

Think you are a bit soft under the arms, guessing you still have 10lbs to cut.
I think ur legs are fine, Lats are lagging the shoulders.
Overall you are better than 99%++ of 40 year olds, should be proud and nice work so far.

Just to add:
I too was cursed with a hank hill arse and an Achilles heel of a back. Game changer for me was trap bar work, pull throughs, glute bridges, and planks. Take care and step it up slow. Long game is to develop your support musculature to fortify your weakling spine.

43? Haters gonna hate in here. Keep doing what you are doing. 95% of 43 years don't look that good. Do what you want to do.
Maybe do a dirty bulk and hit legs hard, see what the frick happens.

it would have been nice to see a pose without shirt and maybe a front view.
with what you showed.
arms and shoulder look pretty good. Traps a bit small surprisingly. Lats need some work.
BF percent looks like it in probably a pretty solid place but really hard to say without other views.
Legs need some work, i think the angle of the shot isnt doing you any favors there.
from your physique i would guess your training style would be mostly active sport like work with high cardio with some lifting worked in.
very good for age group, but you knew that before you posted.
