I feel you on the legs and calves. You probably have more lean mass there than 99 percent of males in your quads, hams, and glutes but none of your body fat deposits in your lower body so they don't appear like they are they are that big. I am so similar I have done scans where I have 1.5 lbs of fat in my entire lower body which is insane. I am 6'2 235 7-10 percent body fat and I have similar calves as you. I train them twice a week for 12 years and I hate to say it but calves are 95 percent genetic. And for some reason people think calves are 90 percent of "legs"
